And just like that I’m officially Mrs. Olson! I’m back to work and real life and thought I’d share some of our wedding with all of you.
Starting off with the inspiration, when I found Brantwyn Estate I feel in love with the classic, historic building and it’s colorful rooms. From there I decided the “vibe” of the wedding would be Bridgerton, garden party with a touch of chinoiserie and butterflies.
The first step to execute this was connecting with Nico & Lala to design our save the dates then our paper suite and all our party paper goods. They totally got my inspiration and even the color palette was pulled from the many beautiful rooms inside our venue. Notice the greek key border? That’s inspired by the trim throughout the rooms too. They created our wedding crest and joint monogram which we used for various elements throughout the wedding and plan to also use in our life together.
I truly can’t say enough good things about Nicole and Lauren of Nico & Lala as they got my vision perfectly!
Other paper goods we included was a map of our love journey created by my friend Leslie of Giddy Paperie. The map shows special places in our childhood, adulthood and our relationship together. Leslie is talented at creating these maps for weddings.
