Today I’m sharing some tips on how to start your week on a positive note. This time of year when everything is still grey and chilly and I’m craving sunshine I find I can get in a funk. Here are some tips/resources on how I get out of it;
Journaling- I love this simple journal that your start and end your day with, it’s quick and easy but reframes your mindset to look for the good
Motivational Book- this book has a single paragraph for each day to motivate and inspire you. I love reading it when I wake up
No Screen Time- whenever I feel down or anxious I try to take some time for myself without screen time such as reading a book, listening to an audiobook, watercoloring or needlepointing
LED Facemask- something about red light therapy relaxes me but is also great for your skin. I have one similar to this
