Pink Bubbly Cocktail

It certainly still doesn’t feel like spring but that’s not stopping me from making a refreshing spring cocktail. And a pink one at that!

While strolling through the liquor store the other day I came across this pink bottle with a cute donkey on it. I obviously was drawn to the pink color but once I read the Owen’s label and realized it was a grapefruit + lime mixer I was sold. Here’s what I decided to do with it:

Ingredients:

• Owen’s Grapefruit Lime
• Bottle of bubbly
• 1 Lime

Recipe:

1. Place some ice in your cup
2. Pour champagne into your cup until it’s 3/4 of the way full
3. Pour Owen’s in the last 1/4
4. Squeeze half of a fresh lime in the cup
5. Garnish with a lime wedge
