Today I thought it be fun to share all the details from my bridal shower the other week. It was such a special day, getting ready for the wedding and seeing all of the special women in my life come together in one place and meet one another.
For the location I decided to have it at one of my favorite local wineries, right down the road from me, Galer Estate & Winery. Their wines are some of the best in Pennsylvania and it’s the prettiest setting. We had the shower in a private room with a beautiful patio too.
For decor/theme I went with a classic chinoiserie, blue and white with a pop of bright pink. I used ginger jars from Lauren Haskell designs on half the tables and cachepots from Jayes Studio on the other half. My bridesmaids slept over the night before and we had the best time eating pasta, drinking wine and making the floral arrangements together. I put pictures from our engagement shoot in NYC in these bamboo frames on each table too.
When it came to the settings I used a mix of WH Hostess paper placemats in two blue and white prints. I purchases these cloth napkins and beautiful flower napkin rings actually on Etsy.
Also, on the table guest found some favors including ginger jar cookies from CupKate’s Cake Bakery and custom corks with a note from me.
The big statement of the room was the custom balloon arch over the fireplace by Glenmoore Balloon Co. they took the ginger jar prints from my Nico & Lala invites and napkin designs and created this beautiful piece that was perfect for pictures.
As for food/drink we of course had wine and mimosas from Galer Estate and Gia Bella Catering made the perfect brunch foods including a beautiful charcuterie board and delicious french toast. I booked a Party Host Helper to serve the food and help me cleanup so that my friends and family could enjoy themselves. 10/10 recommend.
