Anyone else feel like happy hour is getting earlier and earlier as well as more often during quarantine? I’ve been perfecting my cocktail making skills and thought I’d share this one today that is perfect for warm weather, that actually Will’s mom gave me years ago and it’s a favorite of many!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup gin
- 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
- 2 2/3 cup of bubbly
- rosemary sprig
Directions:
- Chill 1 cup of gin with 1/2 cup of frozen lemonade concentrate in pitcher.
- Just before serving add 2 2/3 cup of chilled bubbly.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig
