The other week I checked off a visit to Waco, TX to see Magnolia from my bucket list. While in town we had breakfast at Magnolia Table and it did not disappoint. The food and the atmosphere was all superb. I made sure to grab a mug as a souvenir.
I decided to create a boozy hot chocolate in this mug with Jackson Morgan Salted Carmel liqueur. I actually interviewed the founder of Jackson Morgan a few months ago on the Piqued PR blog as I kept seeing her products pop up on my Instagram feed, I had to learn more about her and test out her yummy products. Let me tell you, they are delicious, especially if you love sweets! Here’s how I made my hot chocolate..
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Ounces Jackson Morgan Salted Carmel liqueur
- Whiskey
- Hot Chocolate (I prefer the kind from William Sonoma)
Directions:
- Make your hot chocolate as you normally would
- Add your Jackson Morgan liqueur
- Add just a dash of whiskey
- Garnish with whip cream (and sprinkles if you’re feeling fun!)
