As you know one of my resolutions for 2019 is health. While most of that comes down to my arthritis and getting it under control, food and fitness totally influence it. This week I’ve decided to go a whole month without dairy or gluten to see if it really does help, studies show they are inflammatories. Another new addition to my routine is working out regularly. I was obsessed with Orange Theory a year and a half ago but then my arthritis was irritated so I stopped and truly am having a hard time finding the motivation to workout.

That is until my friend Mara opened Pace Fitness! It’s dance cardio that always has me sweating but I have fun while doing it. To break up the cardio I’ve been trying barre and yoga which is more gentle on my achy joints than OT was. This brings me to cute workout gear… the only motivation to get a workout in 😉 I recently discovered Island Time Palm Beach and their cute leggings. I like to think of them as Lulu mixed with Lilly!
