DIY Clip-On Earrings

As you know, I don’t have my ears pierced and while luckily a lot of my favorites designers offer clip-on styes, cheap costume jewelry often does not. So over the years I’ve learned to DIY my own. Here’s how:

  1. Use wire clippers and cut off the metal post on the back. Sometimes you have to pull off the fabric layer that separates the backing and front if you can’t clip the post down low enough.
  2. Once the post is removed use super glue and glue a clip-on to the back. You can find the clip backings super cheap on Amazon here.

It’s literally that easy!
